             Half - dry 35g / L 

 

Eye: Pale yellow, cord generous foam 

 

Nose: The nose shows a beautiful first maturity with aromas of dried fruit. With aeration, notes of candied fruit and honey are revealed. 

 

Palate: Soft and silky attack leaves room candied fruit with a note of mirabelle
