Grapes: Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Meunier (30%), Pinot Noir (30%) 

 

Harvest: 2012 (25%), 2011 (75%) 

 

Bottling: January 2013 

 

Dosage: Raw 9g / L 

 

Eye: The excitement is active and very fine bubbles. Dress, pale gold, comes with clarity and brilliance. 

 

Nose: The nose is first ripe fruit with white flesh and notes of gingerbread ventilation. 

 

Palate: The palate is round to attack with a refreshing underlying. Aromas of fruit jellies make this gourmet wine and drag on a good length. 

 

Food and Wine Pairing: Appetizers, poultry (chicken from Bresse with morels) yaought cakes, chocolate desserts.
